thezepto’s small but perfectly formed living space can be extended using our range of extension pods, providing additional ground floor living and/or sleeping accommodation.

once manufactured, the average zepto project involves less than 5 days on site from arrival of the home sections to handover to the buyer, making it a very affordable, attainable and stylish home for all prospective purchasers. alternatively, 'self-build' kits are available allowing the client to personalise the entire experience and use finishing materials of any suitable specification
