If you have land and are considering a residential development, or looking for more information on our self-build kits, please give us a call to discuss how denhomes could provide solutions. Depending on the type of home and application, there may be no need for planning permission. Alternatively, if permissions are required, as will be the case for most normal residential developments, denhomes can guide you through the process using our team of expert planning consultants who specialise in applications for modular housing.
at denhomes we are interested to discuss potential joint venture partnerships on residential development throughout the UK. Please contact us on email: firstname.lastname@example.org for further information
What kinds of development does denhomes work with? There are a wealth of possibilities where denhomes would be happy to support or even partner with landowners on development projects. They range from:
- Compact residential units are a perfect choice for:
· Social housing – as pressures on housing associations increase, the use of our modular ready-made detached homes offer a perfect solution to provide dense accommodation that is attractive, durable and offering excellent value for money
· Garden developments – to provide separate accommodation for the ‘boomerang’ generation, grown up children, and even for additional guest accommodation
Is Planning Permission required? All denhomes will typically require planning permission. Possible exceptions would be smaller 'ancillary' developments that are covered under permitted development, and would typically fall into 'garden building' territory. For more information on these smaller units, please see denrooms
Building Regulations? For our compact residential units, we already build to meet or exceed applicable UK Building Regulations and we will be happy to assist with technical information to support your project.
